What we collect

When you submit our intake form or email us, we collect the information you provide: business name, contact name, email address, phone number (if given), business and review profile links, and any context you share about your business and its reviews.

How we use it

Form submissions are used only to evaluate your request, deliver the cleanup service you purchase, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

Client information and project files are retained for up to 12 months after project completion to support revisions and follow-up services, then deleted upon request or during routine cleanup.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to operate: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and Stripe, which processes payments. ReviewPerch does not see or store your full card details — Stripe handles those directly. Public review content we audit is already publicly visible on review platforms.

Deletion requests

To request deletion of your information, email hello@reviewperch.com and we will confirm removal.
